Our Approach

Ultimately, each session is about creating safety and space for you to move toward your own vision of health and life.

Kim is grateful to have a wide variety of choices to help support you. Her research and clinical focus as an occupational therapy practitioner are heavily neuroscience-based, using principles of neuroplasticity and motor learning to help you find potential. She has undertaken further professional training in somatic (body-based) approaches to trauma and perceptual approaches to movement.

Sessions may range from highly practical, focused on supporting specific aspects of your life, to explorations of possibility and potential, in pursuit of meaning and things that matter to you.
