This can support you in various ways, such as understanding and managing pain, improving physical or mental function, and discovering potential in the areas of life that are important to you.

By knowing who you are and what matters most to you, sessions can use the full range of OT practice to care for your physical, social, mental, and cognitive health. Our clinical focus is largely movement-based, applying principles of neuroscience and neuroplasticity to help create possibilities in the activities and aspects of life that matter most to you — your meaningful occupations.
